The kitchen is well equipped and has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, Instapot Pot, Air-fryers, quality dishes, glasses, and small appliances to make you feel at home. Small Pets (25lbs max), allowed with a $100 pet fee. Grand Panama also $25 for a pet leash sleeve. This can be handled online when you register for your parking pass.

The beach is beautiful, and the property is stunning with fantastic tropical landscaping. The fishing Pier is located within walking distance, as well as the Waterpark, Shopping, and Wine/Spirit Store. We have large-screen TVs in all bedrooms and a SMART TV in the living room. You can stay home and cook in the fully furnished kitchen if you desire, or check out one of the many restaurants or eateries nearby or on the property.

Age Restriction
To reserve a room at Grand Panama, our policy requires guests to be at least 25 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.
Check-in Check-out
The guest access keypad code is given after booking. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. We do offer Early 1 pm Check-in for an additional $60 fee. Text me to schedule. These are granted based on availability. A $150 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Hurricane Policy
Grand Panama will provide a full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.

A. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as linens for the sleeper sofa. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, SO PLEASE BRING THEM!
