Single story home located in a beautiful quiet, lushly matured landscaped neighborhood with beautiful mountain views behind our home that backs up to Tule Springs. Tule Springs has fishing, walking paths and lots of animals including ducks, peacocks, rabbits etc
Great walking paths and a beautiful backyard for your enjoyment.
As you come in our home we have 2 guest bedrooms/1 full bathroom to the right and the master bedroom to the left of the kitchen/living room.
If you’re in town for business and working all day you’ll enjoy coming home to a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s my favorite thing about our home…you don’t realize how enjoyable the quiet is till you don’t have it!
Our home backs up to federal land so we are literally the edge of town and yet close to everything!

The garage is not available for guests use and cars can only be parked on the drive way. No cars are allowed parked on the street over night.
No visitors unless pre approved.
Trash pick up is every Monday and cans need to be put in the side yard by the end of the day.
We have landscapers come 1x/month and bug service 1x/month.
This is a quiet neighborhood and no parties, get together’s are allowed.
We have monthly bug service and yard maintenance. Guests will be required to allow this to be done on the outside of our home. If you’d like them to spray inside we can add that to their schedule.
