3 Bedroom House in Water Mill
This beautiful airy home is full of light with plenty of areas to gather indoors and out. Conveniently located, it takes just 5 minutes to get to ocean beaches or the Village of Southampton. Bridgehampton is just 10 minutes. Next-door to the famed Parish Art Museum and Watermill Center there are ample opportunities to get out and explore everything the Hamptons offers. The pool will be opened up in Mid-April. Central heat / AC and new linens throughout as well as many other new updates!
The Space:
The outdoor area has plenty of areas for lounging and is fully fenced in, the outdoor dining table that seats 8 and there is a separate seating area next to the dining table for more opportunities to connect. There is a new propane grill and an outdoor heater in this area as well. The decking next to the pool has a large u shaped seating area with a fire table and a pergola to be installed in the spring. This is our "Pool House". We will also be installing an outdoor tv here in the spring.
The living room has a large TV with a Roku. Hulu and Disney+ are included but sign into any other of your favorite apps for full connectivity. There are a number of board games and kids puzzles in the storage under the TV. The wood burning fireplace sets the tone for a lovely and cozy evening in for playing games with a glass of wine!
The kitchen is outfitted with everything you would need to make a grand meal with outdoor place settings and glasses for the outdoor dining table. You'll find a variety of serving dishes and platters. There is also a high chair and plenty of kids dishes for those traveling with little ones.
The hall closet has plenty of bath and beach towels. There are beach chairs in the primary bedroom's walk-in closet along with a beach umbrella and beach cooler bag.
Each room has a set of drawers and a closet with hangers to store your clothes. There are two sets of extra sheets for each bed and are stored in that room's closet.
Extra hand soap, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner are all located in the shelving above the washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are free to use during your stay.
The home is not guaranteed to have firewood so if you are planning on cozying up to the fire I would plan on picking up a pack of firewood.
The pool is an in-ground gunite pool that includes heating (up to 81 degrees) in the summer months (Memorial Day - Labor Day!). The pool will be opened up May 1st but will not include heating. The pool will typically be kept open until the last week of September unless it's requested by a guest to be kept open later. Pool heating is included in the cost of reservations from Memorial Day until Labor Day. If you would like the pool heated outside of those dates it will be $40 a day as the colder weather brings the cost to heat the pool up significantly!
