Newly remodeled. Three finished levels of living. Airy and dramatic two-story living/dining room with gas fireplace and wall of windows with beautiful views of golf course. Walking distance to ski slopes (just across the street), lifts 1 and 3.
Four bedroom, three and a half baths. Sleeps 10. First floor master suite with king bed, flat screen TV and private full bath. New powder room 1st floor. Bedroom #2 with queen bed and flat screenTV and bedroom #3 with two twin beds located on second level with shared bath. Bedroom #4 in lower level with queen bed and a set of bunk beds. A third full bath on lower level. Also included in lower level is full size washer and dryer, foosball, air hockey and spacious living area with flat screen TV and DVD player.
Very comfortable unit with wraparound deck overlooking 1st and 8th green and 9th tee.
Championship golf course. Adventure course with ziplining for the adventurer (novice to expert). Segway guided adventures through acres of scenic trails. Indoor/outdoor pools with indoor/outdoor hot tub. Outdoor waterslide, sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, spa, miniature golf and more. Bemus Point just a 20 to 30 minute drive east of the resort with beautiful sunsets.
