Our villa is delightfully appointed and furnished to the highest standards, with over 3,443 square feet of living space, 2 Master Bedrooms with king size beds, and enough to spare to sleep 12 comfortably.

There are 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with respective king beds, and en-suite facilities, both located on the second floor. Each master bedroom has a bathroom with separate bath and shower. One master bedroom overlooks the pool and conservation area at the back of the home, while the other overlooks the idyllic neighborhood and front yard. Bedroom 3 has two full size beds and its own bathroom and private shower, while bedroom 4 has a queen size bed and private shower, as well. Bedroom 5 is a beautifully appointed children’s room with two twin bed, and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 6, which features a queen size bed.
Outside, our villa has covered lanai with dining area and charcoal grill, and a huge extended deck, sun catching 30ft X 15ft private pool with fabulous spa. The expansive, extended pool deck and lanai look over a gorgeous natural conservation area with forest views, all visible from relaxer chairs and pool furniture or while tending the barbecue, rejuvenating in an environment free of rear neighbors.
