Wonderful property for family reunions or sports teams and a great place to celebrate any occasion. Nestled between an aspen grove and pine trees with fantastic mountain views of the Gore Range. Located in Silverthorne in the Eagles Nest subdivision. Its features include an 8-person outdoor hot tub, 2 living areas, a 3-car heated garage, game room with foosball and ping pong, free WiFi and 2 smart flatscreens for streaming. The dining room is made for gatherings with a table for 8 and 2 extra chairs to squeeze in. Childs booster seat for toddlers and pack-n-play in hall closet. Nearby there is free ice skating at North Pond Park, free tubing/sledding hills at Rainbow or Maryland Creek parks and it's just minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. It is at least a 5-15 minute drive to all activities, restaurants, nightlife, coffee, ski/board rental and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood with nearby forest trails.
In the summer the Raven 18 hole golf course and full service pro shop are just 5 minutes away. It's only 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings or the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for theater, improv comedy, jazz and kids programs. Cyclists can ride out Golden Eagle road and get on the bike path near North Pond Park to connect to the 55 miles of Summit County Rec Path. The Blue River for fly fishing is near to North Pond Park.
