Clean, Bright and Updated, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Home will make your family's vacation dreams a reality. The home will accommodate 6 adults with a Queen bed in each of the two bedrooms plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the Day Room. The rental area is located on the 3rd. floor with a fantastic view of Galveston/ Dickinson Bay. Enjoy your coffee as you watch the sun rise from the large deck on the second or third floor overlooking the waterfront. The second floor is private and no one occupies it during your rental. You are welcome to use the second floor deck for relaxing while you enjoy the cool breeze. The property features a 350 foot Lighted Pier with a fish cleaning table and running water, electricity, overhead lights at the end of the pier located on a large t-head, as well as lights that shine out into the water. There are several boat launches in the immediate area. There is a boat lift available for up to a 20 foot boat to raise it out of the water when you are not out fishing. The Home has central air and heat and the kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is a 55 inch Flat Screen TV in the living area with two smaller tvs in each of the bedrooms. Washer and dryer available in the guest bathroom for your convenience.
